How it Works:
- I run targeted outreach to business owners and surface qualified sellers.
- If it makes sense, I introduce the owner to the Advisor I partner with in that region.
My Role:
- Primary point of contact until the company is formally listed.
- Coordinate early discovery such as goals, timing, high level fit.
- On site visit with qualified buyers.
- In person buyer/seller interfacing support throughout the deal.
-Closing assistance.
Advisor's Role:
- Pre sale recommendations to maximize value.
- Valuation and pricing strategy.
- Confidential marketing and buyer outreach.
-Buyer vetting and all negotiations.
-Closing coordination.
My role at Off-Mkt.com is fairly simple: I build relationships, ask the right questions, and connect business owners with a select few M&A Advisors I work with who are ready to have the in-depth conversations about a potential sale.
Real estate was my start, teaching me the value of listening and building relationships. But my real passion is business: understanding how companies grow, win customers, and create lasting value.
I’m self-educated in due diligence and investment banking fundamentals - not to be an expert, but to better understand the lens buyers use when evaluating companies. I’ve read everything from marketing books inspired by the Grateful Dead to technical primers on investment banking, from operational due diligence at the company level to commercial due diligence at the market level, and even into areas like managerial accounting and financial planning & analysis.
I don’t pretend to know everything about your industry or business. What I do have is a genuine curiosity for learning about how people build successful companies. That curiosity, paired with my network of Advisors, is the value I bring to every conversation.
